Bake Sale

St. Joseph's Jr High had a huge bake sale, everything was 50 cents. When all the kids came in to the bake sale we almost sold out of everything.We raised $98.00. All the money will go to the local food pantry. Many of the parents took part in the sale and came in with their kids.
The posters that we made attracted peoples' attention. I thought we were not going to sell the amount of items that we did. First all the kids came in to the sale with their class and then after school some came in again and bought more items with their parents. It was a blow out sale for a small town and a small school. Its amazing how much difference 6th, 7th, and 8th graders can make just by cooking and selling  goodies for only 50 cents!
